Turkey takes a new step in trade with Syria

It has been reported that Turkey has lifted restrictions on products to be imported from Syria. A significant move has been made in trade between Turkey and Syria. According to the announcement by the Syrian Port Authority, Turkey has removed restrictions on products to be imported from Syria. Minister of Trade, Ömer Bolat, had announced that Syria reduced customs duties on 269 products exported by Turkey in the last days of January. These products included food items such as chicken eggs, flour, corn, milk, cream, as well as some iron and steel, and hygiene products.
