Turkish woman stabbed to death in Germany

In the city of Voerde, affiliated with the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) state in Germany, Turkish citizen Gülay Oğuz was stabbed to death by an unidentified attacker at the crime scene.

An attack was carried out against a Turkish citizen in Germany. Gülay Oğuz, a Turkish citizen in the city of Voerde in the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) state, was stabbed in front of the apartment where she lived after returning home with a pizza.

According to a statement by the Duisburg police, Oğuz, aged 52, was stabbed by an unidentified attacker around 7:45 pm local time and was found dead by the surrounding residents.

Despite extensive searches by the police, the perpetrator, who remains at large, was not apprehended, and the residents are being asked for assistance. AUTOPSY TO BE PERFORMED

In a statement by the prosecution, it was mentioned that “Despite all the interventions by the medical teams at the crime scene, the woman could not be saved.”

The prosecution also stated that an autopsy would be conducted on Oğuz in North Rhine-Westphalia to determine the exact cause of death and to obtain evidence that would shed light on the investigation.

The prosecution used the phrase, “So far, no suspects or clues to the background of the incident have been found.”
