Uber Technologies is reportedly in talks to acquire Trendyol Go, Turkey’s food and grocery delivery platform.

According to Bloomberg, the terms of the deal have not been finalized yet, no ultimate agreement has been reached, and there is a possibility that the discussions may not lead to a deal.

Trendyol Go is operated by the e-commerce platform Trendyol Group.

The majority stake of Trendyol Group is owned by the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group.
