Ukrainians protesting against Trump in front of the US Embassy displayed a banner saying “Trump Prioritizes Russia.” In a demonstration held outside the US Embassy in Kiev, US President Donald Trump was protested against. According to Reuters, American resident in Kiev, Gregory Huey, carried a banner with the words “Trump Prioritizes Russia” alongside two individuals dressed as Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump. Huey stated to Reuters, “The current American President does not represent American values: democracy, freedom, and justice.” President Donald Trump, in a statement made on Friday, March 14th, expressed that after productive discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday, there is a “very good chance” for the end of the war between Russia and Ukraine.
