There is no need for widows and orphans pension recipients to apply separately to benefit from the bonuses. Payments will be made through banks where monthly transactions are conducted. Widows’ and orphans’ pensions are paid at rates of %25, 50, and 75 according to the share ratio. So, how much has the holiday bonus for widows’ and orphans’ pensions increased? Here is the amount of the holiday bonus for widows and orphans’ pensions… The holiday bonus amounts for 2025 have been redefined. AK Party Group Chairman Güler, in his statement, revealed that the new bonus is 4,000 lira. Recipients of widows’ and orphans’ pensions will benefit from the holiday bonus according to their share ratios. If the deceased insured does not have children, 75% of the holiday bonus will be paid to the spouse. In the case of children, a 50% payment will be received. Those receiving survivors’ pensions will benefit from 25% of the bonus. Those who receive widows’ and orphans’ pensions with a 75% share ratio will receive 3,000 lira. This year, those who receive a payment at a 50% share ratio as widows’ pension will receive a bonus of 2,000 lira. And for those who receive a payment at a 25% share ratio as survivors’ pensions, a bonus of 1,000 lira will be paid. Recipients of retirement pensions, old-age pensions, duty disability pensions, disability pensions, death pensions, continuous incapacity income, death income, as well as the families of martyrs, veterans, combat veterans, security guards, champion athletes, and civilian citizens affected by terrorism and their beneficiaries receive holiday bonuses from the Social Security Institution (SSI).
