Ukrainian leader Zelensky appealed to European leaders to establish a clear position on the deployment of a military unit in Ukraine’s territory.

Zelensky urged UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and other European leaders to establish a clear stance on “security guarantees, including the deployment of a military unit in Ukraine’s territory.”

According to Reuters, Zelensky shared a post on X, along with an image of his virtual meeting with other Western allies, stating, “The unit must be deployed in Ukrainian territory.” He added, “This is a security guarantee for Ukraine and a security guarantee for Europe.”
